I removed the PENDING APPROVAL NO CHANGES status from my document status field on two occasions and both times it has shown back up in the list.

Before deletion, I ran a search to identify if there were documents with this status and came up with none.  Then I removed the status.  I did this twice.

Looking for some guidance because I know this is something I'm missing.
