Why did the form not store to the file correctly?

We are using the Forms Essentials 10.4. We have one instance where the form was Saved to the Repository, the audit page wrote correctly (page 1), all of the metadata wrote to the template, however the actual Form page gave the following error on the page. This has never happened before to any of our other forms processes. Was wondering if anyone has seen this happen and why it might of happened?

Also, it did not terminate or suspend any tasks.

Hi Robin, 

Could you check Forms admin/operational log (https://doc.laserfiche.com/laserfiche.documentation/11/administration/en-us/Default.htm#../Subsystems/Forms/Content/Administration/Troubleshooting.htm) around saved time of the form to see whether there are any detailed error logged?

Well, we do not have the diagnostics turned on.  We will need to turn this on.  So, if it hasn't been capturing the logs at the time the form went through will it be able to run diagnostics. Or is it from the time it has been enabled?

The link was intended as reference for 'Windows Event Viewer', which doesn't require 'Debug' log level.

Could you check whether there are message in Applications and Service Logs -> Laserfiche -> Forms -> Apps -> Admin/Operational?
