Web import for multiple repositories (DocuSign)

We have DocuSign working with a Laserfiche repository, where DocuSign returns signed documents to the repository. If I have a 2nd repository, and I want documents originating from it to return to the originating repository, is there a way to do this?

Hi Danielle,

I believe this is a known limitation and using multiple repositories directly with the DocuSign Integration isn't supported on the "return" side at this time.

What I know people have done as a workaround in the past is have a "DocuSign" repository where all returning documents go and use Workflow to move those documents to the correct originating repository (based on identifying criteria you determine). If you only have two repositories, it might make sense to have the DocuSign integration drop everything into a hidden working folder in the first repo that Workflow monitors rather than making a dedicated DocuSign repo.
