WebLink - How to Find Out The Number of Unique Visitors

asked on October 29, 2021

I am trying to find out the number of unique visitors to our WebLink portal. We are using one repository user ID (read-only access) and 25 concurrent licenses to enable the public to access our WebLink. The Public do not need to log-in. This is done automatically as they browse into WebLink. In the Audit Trail Report, I have been trying to generate a report that shows the number of unique visitors. If I try to filter by session >> login, it does not work. The Session ID does not represent unique and accurate numbers. Filtering by event type does not guarantee accurate results as well. Is there any way we can get the number of unique users visiting our WebLink environment? Thank you.

Look at the application name column in login audit events. Each session gets a "machine tag" so it's uniquely identified.
