I have just re-discovered replacing color pages with B&W using Quick Fields, however, the issue I have is new records coming into folders unknown.  There is a workflow treating these specific records as they come in so I know I can get shortcuts into a specific folder, but the end result is QF's just makes a copy at the location it found the shortcut, instead of replacing the pages of the actual entry.

Can anyone help me find a way to achieve my goal?

I could also have workflow report on the location that the record is arriving in Laserfiche, however, the people naming/templating will have probably moved the document somewhere else by the time I run my QF's session.
