scanning error from web client

ever seen this scan error generated while in web client hitting the "scan" button ?

It looks like the scanning endpoint is incorrectly being redirected to the LFDS SSO url. Scanning doesn't do SSO, the authentication is meant to be handled internally. Is this a new install, or did this work previously?
