Hello,

Customer is using the latest version of the 10.4 Web Client (10.4.2.688-Update 5) and having the following issue:

When they open a record and attempt to redact, they get the error message below:

They  then click OK,  and get the following message which they click thinking the redaction would fail, but it does not:

They also found that redaction will work even with the error, unless the document is under version control then same messages but redaction does not get saved.

Possible bug in the Web Client?

Redaction works in the Desktop Client using 10.4.2 Update 3 version for the LF Client.
