LF Admin Console-Named user account self-deactivating

Hello,

Customer reached out to us that they have an issue with a Named User Account that is somehow getting the license deactivated without any manual intervention by the LF Admin to switch the licensing.

Anyone seen this behavior before and possible root cause?

Is this with Directory Service set up or are users licensed through the Laserfiche Server? If the former, check your group synchronization settings.

Hey Miruna,

They state is a Named User account created in the LF Admin console.
