In the documentation it says that information will be updated once the document has been signed.

What information? Is this a tag, a metadata field?

It recommend looking at Configuring DocuSign Settings and provides a link, but when clicking that link it only explains how to handle new incoming signed document settings, not where you configure that information which is updated when a repository document is signed.

The end goal is to make sure workflow knows when the document has been signed, declined, etc.
