Hello,
Customer just recently migrated to LF Cloud and had a question regarding CRM integration using the following process, that they have been using with their LF On-Premise system:
To clarify our current integration utilizes an account, "LaserPortal", that uses the Laserfiche SDK to perform actions on the repository. We provide the public IP of our server to our vendor that they then use to integrate their platform with our on-premise repository.
I am not sure if this process is configurable with Cloud or if they would need to use the API from the developer.laserfiche.com site (https://developer.laserfiche.com/).
