IT made a change to MAC address on server last night.   now my LFDS says it is in a locked down state with limited functionality. Renew master license

when i try to renew it says No Matching activations were found with the specified fingerprint.  which is true, i'm sure.

but how do i get the new fingerprint so that i can renew the license.

I'm a bit desperate; i have people working this weekend and I have never actually worked in LFDS before so i'm really stumbling around.  

Any direction to articles or step by step hints would be greatly greatly appreciated.
