Received a report and verified that the Access Rights window in Web Client does not show users with a Retrieval License. Must use the Access Rights window in the Windows Client to see them and set their rights.

I can see all users with a Full license type in both Windows and Web Client access right, just the retrieval users are hidden from the Web Access window.

Once you assign them rights in the Windows Client, the web client pane shows their account with their assigned rights, but still does not allow you to add them again in any fashion.

There is nothing different about the users that I can see, they are all on the same domain, just a different license type assigned.
