We have had several occasions when the "Assign to Me" function stops working. We have to continually reboot the Laserfiche Server. Does anyone else using 10.4 have this issue?

Is it possible the windows service, Laserfiche Forms Routing Service was not running and restarting the OS simply started this service back up?
Is there any update on this issue? What helped resolve the functionality of the "Assign to Me" button?
There is no updates at this time on issue. A ticket was put in for the Laserfiche Techs but the first log sent didn't have enough information. We have to wait for it to happen again so Laserfiche can get the logs they need off the server. This apparently is something new.
FYI restarting forms service does not work.

Could you describe how 'Assign to me' function stops working? Is the task assigned to action user or not? Does the page auto refresh?
When you open the form to assign to someone the 'Assign to Me' button when clicked on doesn't do anything. Its like it is frozen. There are no error messages that we can find.
What if manually refresh the page after issue happens? Have you checked any error in browser console log via DevTools (opened by F12)?
We have tried refreshing screen and it doesn't work. The Tech assigned cannot find any error messages in regards to this issue. We have contacted Laserfiche to see if they can give us some insight to the problem..
