Eroor importing indicating a volume already exists?

We use an automatic uploader to bring a lot of files in at once. When using this program, we get this error:

I also testing just dragging and dropping a single file in off the desktop, and i get the same error. I checked the volumes in the admin console and there is only one default volume

What product are you using? The question is tagged "web client" but this doesn't sound like an operation you can do in the web client.

It's Laserfiche 11 Rio- they access the repository via the web

Interesting. Web client doesn't explicitly create volumes, but I wonder if there's a problem creating a new logical volume based on a roll-over rule. Web client is reporting an error first raised by LFS, so you might see more info in the event logs on that machine. Otherwise this is something you might want to open a support case for.
