Hello!

We are on the latest installation of Forms 11.1 with the latest hotfix. Users submitting our Form are on the latest version of Chrome on a fresh clear of the cache and Chrome restart.

When they upload a PDF to a required upload field, the file hangs at 189KB / 189KB (or whatever the file size of the pdf is) see attached image for example.

When users reupload the same file to the form it uploads completely and works. Although this is a fine workaround, it is very annoying that most people submitting our form reach out that the uploads aren't working properly.

We can't reproduce the issue with a test form that only contain a file upload field with following settings:

Can you check whether you can reproduce the issue with a simple test form that only contain the file upload field? If so, please share the screenshot of the field options. If not, please open a support case and provide the downloaded business process that can reproduce the issue and a video to illustrate the issue.
