PDF header signature not found

Before I start a case I wanted to throw out the error here to see if anyone has seen it before. 

We have an email archive profile setup to bring in emails and attachments separately.  Its been working and still works, but recently they have noticed that emails sometimes do not make it in.  Or the email makes it but not the attachment.  This is for an invoice process so the attachment is an invoice.

Workflow takes the email and routes it to a folder and takes the attachment and routes it for coding.  I have searched Laserfiche and found the email but no attachment.  Sometimes neither.  

When checking the event viewer we see -

I am trying to corilate what message goes with what error message but I dont seem to be able to.

It also seems that the error message are always at the same time in the day:

So its like there are errors importing and it tries maybe once a day?

I seem to be able to import the PDF attachment just fine if I drag and drop it.  I am also able to generate pages or have the box checked and it seems to work.

Just looking for some direction on what the error means as invoices are being missed since LF is importing some but not others

Hi Chris,

What is the version of your Email Archive?

An issue with a similar PDF error is fixed in Import Agent 10.4.0 Update 1, but I would recommend you to update Email Archive to the latest version since it fixes other issues:
