Email Archiver, only pulling emails as far back as 1 week

We just attached the email archiver to a shared mailbox, it pulled in emails but only up to 1 week back. There is 2 years of emails in the box.

Can't find any date range settings in the configuration though.

@████████do you know if there's any built-in age filter in Email Archive and if so, if it's configurable? This would be 10.4 Update 4.

Actually, @████████, did you either:

  1. Set Email Archive to only pull unread emails
  2. Reinstall an Email Archive instance that's pulled those older emails before?

No. Email Archive should be able to import all emails or unread emails under a folder based on their settings in the profile.

Ok, I never checked that pull unread emails because it mentioned something about not recommended for shared mailboxes (if other users are actively using it). It is a shared mailbox, but I don't think anyone is actively using it other than to search for emails.
