Email Archiver configuration missing

I was configuring an Email Archiver for someone today and they would like to use the Authentication Type Microsoft 365 OAuth 2.0 mentioned in the instructions here:

I just do not see Authentication Type as a selection on this window, it should be right after IMAP.

Yeah. Make sure you're on Import Agent 10.4 and have the latest cumulative update (Update 4) applied. OAuth support for Office 365 was added in a specific release/update, so it not appearing in the UI there strongly suggests that's an older version of Import Agent.

Edit for future readers: Support for OAuth for Office 365 was added in Import Agent 10.4 Update 1, released Sept 4, 2020.

What is the exact version of Import Agent you have installed?

Ok I see, they were on version 10.4.0.58 and needed 10.4.0.132 which just came out end of this summer. Didn't realize this was a brand new feature. Looks good now though! Was able to update without scheduling downtime because it is just an import service.
