LF Cloud High Availability features?

What are Laserfiche Cloud's "high availability" features? I know the target uptime is 99.9% and that backups are done 4x per day.

But are there redundant servers for automatic failover? (either deployed by Laserfiche for this purpose or as a result of Amazon's multiple data centers)

To add to this, the various services that comprise Laserfiche Cloud are generally deployed in clustered configurations with automatic failover/self-healing or other high-availability methods appropriate for the particular services.

Hi Ken! Laserfiche Cloud uses availability zones comprised of multiple data centers, which are housed in separate facilities with redundant power, networking, and connectivity. More information can be found in the Laserfiche Trust Center here.

A follow-up from our customer evaluating LF Cloud: they have users around the world, does LF Cloud leverage AWS's CDN to make delivering content in various regions around the world quicker? Thanks!

Hi Ken,

Yes, Laserfiche Cloud makes use of AWS's CloudFront CDN (and others) to facilitate quick delivery of static content to users around the world.

Laserfiche Cloud is also available in three different geographic regions: U.S., Canada, and Europe (Ireland). Customers can choose the Laserfiche Cloud region closest to the majority of their users to provide the lowest latency for everything that doesn't go through a CDN (dynamic views, uploading documents, etc.).
