We have a customer with the following ask:
We are wondering what the implications are if we delete a business process in Laserfiche Cloud, specifically as it relates to being able to view instances of that deleted process in the future. Here’s an example:
We created a Business Process, “Process A”. After using this process for several months, we no longer need this process and would like to delete it so that the initial Form is no longer available for users to submit. However, in the future, we may need to go back and look at the history for some of the business process instances (to verify which user completed an action, when certain actions were completed, any comments/notes associated with the actions, etc). Is this possible if we were to delete “Process A”?
