Is There An Efficient Way To Route Team Task To Self

I have a Forms process and it goes to a team before being assigned to an individual.  There can be cases where the team member who assigns it also is the team member it is assigned to.  The problem we are running into is that if a team member assigns it to themselves they have to go from the teams inbox to to "My Task" to finish the process.  Is there a way to cut out this step so that it reduces that it's less work for our users?

There is indeed. When configuring the User Task there is a checkbox option labeled Automatically load the next task if the same person is assigned to it. If you select that option on the User Task, if the next user task is assigned to the same person then it will automatically load that task. If you need to do this directly after the initial form submission, you would need to do it on the Start event.

Are you talking about assign the task to the current login user from Team Tasks->Unassigned Tasks list? You want the selected task to be opened directly after click "Assign to me"?
