Laserfiche Forms 11 Hotfix uninstall

We are interested in installing the latest Forms hotfix to address some issues introduced by update 1 and the prior Hotfix that we'd installed for security purposes.

Looking at the note on the latest Hotfix we see the following advice:

If you are on Laserfiche Forms version 11.0.2108.10347, please uninstall Hotfix 1014310 prior to installing this updated hotfix. Hotfix 1014332 supersedes the prior hotfix and includes changes released in that hotfix.

We are running version the referenced version 11.0.2108.10347 - and we had installed the Hotfix 1014310.

What exactly is the process for uninstalling a specific hotfix prior to installing this most recent version?

Hotfixes are listed in Programs and Features (in Control Panel) under "View installed updates". They're grouped by the product they apply to. You can select the desired one and there should be an "uninstall" button.

Ah this is helpful, was trying to get this info from support and found this article.

My initial guess was that maybe it was in Apps and Features, but it is hidden away here.

I assume the answer is always Yes, but I continue to ask, will this cause an outage for the application?

Yes, installs of web applications reset the app pool at the very least. If files to be removed are in use, you may be prompted for a reboot.
