Records Management - Destroy folders not deleting

asked on September 17, 2021 Show version history

I am having trouble getting rid of records management folders and documents.  I have a brand new repository when I set the properties so the record is eligible for destruction.  RM let me click the destroy button but the folder/document don't disappear and are left with a red x.  It won't let me move the folder either.

Also getting an invalid pointer error

Error Code: 6000
Error Message: Invalid pointer

Has anyone else seen this?

Thanks

I also had this error code come up when I was showing a client (on their system) how to destroy a record manually. At first I clicked ok, but it seemed like nothing happen. It wasnt until I actually closed out of the records management actions window that it showed that it was destroyed, so I knew that it did in fact work afterall. The client is currently on 10.4.2. So, not the end of the world, but def seems like it shouldnt be happening...?
