New Forms Updater doesn't seem to be updating the version number in the About screen

I ran the 10.4.1.254 updater on a 10.4.1.172.

The wizard succeeded without error but the version number under About did not change.

Oh nevermind, it was an environmental confusion. They had dual forms servers.
