Hello,

We have created a field called "File Path" using the %(FilePath) token, for a template.

Customer is testing this out and it is not passing the token value for the folder path.

If we test using the admin account, the token works correctly.

We have another template with Fields called "Author" and "DocuSign Date Created" both using tokens and when the users use this template, no issues.

We have Template/Field Permissions set the same for all three tokens.

We even tried adding the users specifically to the "File Path" field with all permissions, with no luck.

Only difference is the user's are LFDS users and Admin is the named user account.  

Not sure what else we are missing.
