Do the HTTP activities respect the proxy configuration in the HKCU of the Workflow service account?

As the question asks. I'm interested to confirm how worfklow interacts with proxies and how to change the behaviour, either through LF configuration or editing the registry of the HKCU of the service account.

Workflow HTTP activities follow the proxy settings of Workflow service identity.

If you have Workflow running as Local System, use the PsExec utility from Microsoft's SysInternals suite to launch inetcpl.cpl (Internet Options) as SYSTEM and configure the settings as desired there.
