Question

Question

File last accessed as a column like creation date and modification date

asked on September 14, 2021

Hi All,

This was raised as a feature request on the old forums (before Laserfiche answers), but has come round to being discussed again.

Please can I raise a request to have a 'last accessed' column added to the Laserfiche repository, which reflects the last time the document was opened.

Please let me know if you need anything further.

Thanks and Regards

Chris Douglas

Access time isn't stored anywhere in the repository. The data could be available in either Audit Trail or IIS logs (for requests to DocView.aspx?id=xxx), but that still leaves the question of how to find it and present it to the users.

Is this stored in the database somewhere, which we can manually get through SQL?
