When you mention Forms "groups" are you referring to security groups or teams? If you're talking about security groups, then it would depend on what type of groups you're using (AD Groups, LFDS groups, etc.)

If you're talking about security groups and you're using AD authentication, then the easiest solution would probably be to use AD Groups for security then you can add/remove users from the AD groups using scripts in a workflow process.
