How to Authenticate to Laserfiche Cloud with Azure AD Using RepositoryAccess SDK

The SDK 10.4 Help file gives some sample code for using ADFS to authenticate to Laserfiche Cloud. However, I can't find sample code or instructions on how to use Azure AD (or any of the other SAML options - Okta or OneLogin) to authenticate to Laserfiche Cloud. Could you please point me to the correct documentation and sample code for Azure AD authentication? Thank you.

As indicated in the Laserfiche SDK 10.4 documentation under the Using the SDK for Laserfiche Cloud section, sample code is available on the Laserfiche support site for authenticating with ADFS. Similar code examples for using Azure Active Directory would be very useful. Is it available elsewhere or could it be posted here? Thank you.
