Reporting: How do I give my process cross functional visibility?

I have a process where the initial form will go to a coordinator. When the coordinator clicks submit, the form will be filed into Laserfiche and an inclusive gateway will kick off a process for each department to complete (I'm open to suggestions on this).  Once all departments have completed their piece of the process it gets filed into Laserfiche. The process is not considered complete until all pieces have been finished. My issue is we want visibility into who is working on what as detailed as possible. I’m open to outside the box thinking. Also,

Is there a way to export the monitor tab data by process so it’s easier to see and filter?

Any ideas would be appreciated.

I've included my process flow and example or the monitor tab for a process for quick review.

Ideally, I'd like a reporting structure that can be accessed organizationally in a central location. I'm thinking on the intranet but am open to any suggestions. This should, at minimum, show who the processes are assigned to and which ones are completed. At best, I'd like that information and away to see where it's at within each department
