Forms Workflow

Hello, 

I am trying to trigger a task from Workflow to Forms. I have a simple workflow set up, but I am getting this error when running the workflow. I am able to retrieve forms data and set business process variables. Any suggestions?

This is likely a configuration issue on the Forms server side. The IIS log may have more information or you may be able to get a better look at what's going on with a tool that inspects the traffic between the 2 servers, like Fiddler.
