I'm assisting a client troubleshoot an issue where windows clients will not authenticate using windows authentication across a VPN tunnel (between main office and remote site). Other network traffic works as expected (DNS, file access, general applications etc.). Windows authentication to the Laserfiche server works as expected within the main office.

The firewall vendor is assisting and has asked if there is any documentation on the expected communications between the Laserfiche client and the Laserfiche server. In particular, any authentication challenges, acknowledgements or general communication that should be seen on the network. I have been able to find information on Kerberos as well as the web client, but have not been able to locate any notes for the windows client. 

It's entirely possible I've missed it while searching. Comments, hints, arrows pointing to documentation most appreciated.
