Aspire - Gold Certification not showing as complete

Good afternoon,

 

Hope you are all well?

 

Along time ago I completed the Laserfiche Gold 10 Certified course (before 2018 I think) but on the new aspire site its showing as completed like below:

 

But when I click on the details section it showing that I need to resit all the training and exam videos?

 

I tried going through the Laserfiche Support section on Aspire but it doesn't appear to be working.

 

 

Are you able to help me out please, I would like to start making a dent into the Platinum Course.

I've emailed aspire and had a prompt response so this has now been resolved thank you laugh
