Due to a variety of delays I won't go into, we have problems with it coming down to the wire every year with getting our LSAP paid in time.  We have to pay our reseller and they have to pay Laserfiche, etc.

Anyhow, our LSAP has an expiry date of tomorrow.  We are assured that the renewal will be pushed through today.  However, I'd like to know what happens when the Directory Server Master License expires.  I think that there is a grace period of 7 days if communication is lost to the Directory Server but what about with expired LSAP.  Does it shut down immediately?  If it says our LSAP expires on Sep. 1st is that date include or does it expire on Aug. 31st at midnight.

What are the ramifications to Forms/Workflows/Repositories if the license expires?
