Attach a PDF to another PDF in Workflow

Hi, I have a workflow that will start with Forms. I import the data needed to create a business card and it works great. So now, I need to add a common backer to all of our Business Card PDFs. Can someone tell me what I need to accomplish this backer add on so when it gets file in the repository the user see only one PDF with front and back? Below is what I have to create my Business Card PDF.

Not sure how the printer is setup. If it is setup to run both sides, should be able to add a page 2 with the backer information. Would want to try it out before putting into production though.

So our Var support team included the backer to the PDF as a master under the "Attach Electronic Document and it works. At the beginning on the PDF i only had the front. And now in that PDF i have Front and Back.

Are you able to explain the solution further and share your PDF template? I am looking to create something similar and reaching a road block when importing the formatted card into the pdf template.
