Mobile App - Unexpected Error - Any way to get any additional details?

Users are sending me videos of this error on the login page preventing them from logging in. The only thing the error says on the screen is "Unexpected Error". I have access to the server, but the logs in event viewer are not posting anything.

There must be a way to see more than Unexpected Error.

Make sure you have Enable Mobile API tracing on in your server's configuration page:

Also, if you enable Enable app logging the mobile app side logs are uploaded to the server you can later access.

You can also open a support case to synchronize troubleshooting and development can look at the corresponding crash logs (if any exists) in the iOS/Android developer portals.
