When our users click on PDF's in the laserfiche client, it sends them to the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC (as intended).

If Adobe acrobat Pro DC is open before this happens our users can view the document without issue, since adobe previously logged them into their Adobe licensed account at startup of Adobe. However, when they do not first have Adobe Acrobat Pro DC opened, it forces a login (which then does not authenticate) with adobe, almost like it authenticates, gets denied, then ask for authentication again. A non-stop vicious circle.

All other applications we have with the same functionality (double clicking a PDF opens Adobe Acrobat Pro DC) do not prompt Acrobat to do a sign in, only Laserfiche client.

Has anyone seen this issue before? It started about a month ago, no changes on Laserfiche on our end. But it is the only application with with Adobe behaves this way when getting sent a PDF from the client.
