Cloud Forms outage? 502 error seems to effect all

I don't see any posts on this, but it does appear that Forms is down nation wide for all cloud users? Or is it only certain geographic locations?

I am getting a 502 error from California and Colorado and testing with different customer accounts.

Update: I found it is for a scheduled maintenance period announced on the 20th. Can we get these announcements via email. There is an email associated with accounts created on the support.laserfiche.com site, can we have it sent to those, for clients registered as Cloud clients?

Based on the timestamp of your post, it looks like you were trying to access the service during the maintenance window when intermittent outage was expected.

Please open a support case if the issue persists.

Yes, it was during the maintenance window. No one was finding the maintenance window info though as it was in fine greyed out print below the messages that everything should be online. So it was a bit confusing, also want to confirm who the notice of upcoming maintenance is going out to. I see something went out on the 20th warning about this, but not sure where to.

You can sign up for notifications on the status page.

Notices for planned downtime are also posted to the cloud login screen.

Oh the login screen is a good place for it. We will let users know they can manually sign up for the email notifications as well when they are thrown off guard by it.
