I have a process where a form is submitted and one user will assign a department head based on a type of contract using an drop down list and exclusive gateway.  This has been used hundreds of times without mistake but recently the user who assigns the contract to a department head made a mistake. 

I reassigned to the correct user who was in another department but it still treated this as being in the incorrect department and reminder emails were still being sent to the old incorrect assignee.  So I was wondering if I could create a way to allow the department heads to reassign to the correct user.

Do I have to create a new exclusive gateway and then create another dept head section so it can be reassigned or can I create an exclusive gateway that goes to the already existing department heads? Is it possible to route things back to the original Exclusive Gateway or can you only move forward?

I am currently using Laserfiche Forms Professional Version 10.4.1.224. Can't remember if version 11 finally has a way to go backwards in a process which would fix this.
