One of our clients asked that we submit a feature request that will allow them to keep the "Apply these properties to all entries imported in this batch" check box checked when importing multiple documents at once, but the users would like to be able to still access the template information for each document before completing the import. The client advised they migrated from OnBase, and users are familiar with that same functionality they are looking for with the Laserfiche software. (e.g. The client uses a specific template for the document type their users are importing in batches. All of the information from the template is the same for a batch of documents, with the exception of the name field, and other dynamic fields that are auto-filled from a database lookup when that name is selected. The users want to be able to maintain the template information that is the same for all documents, and still be able to navigate to each individual document, update the 'name' field for that document, have the associated fields populate from the database lookup, then update the 'name' field for the next document, etc. so all of the other fields from the database lookups will still pre-fill before clicking 'OK' to complete the mass import.) They advised this functionality would be extremely beneficial in stream-lining their users' current import processes. Thanks!
