Hello, We have a case to process patient files using Quick Fields. Patient files will be scanned in a way that first page will always contain MRN# to identify as a new document. Rest of the pages will be the sub-categories of the same patient identified. See the below bullets.

  • First page with MRN#
  • Second page with sub-category (Inpatient-Main Section to be identified through Zone OCR)
  • Coming pages to be part of above category
  • Another page with sub-category (Inpatient-Lab to be identified through Zone OCR)
  • Coming pages to be part of above category
  • Another page with sub-category (Outpatient-Dental to be identified through Zone OCR)
  • Comign pages to be part of above category
  • And it goes on till another MRN# is identified for other patient

 

Kindly note that there will be number of different sub-categories of the patient file and not only the ones mentioned above. The folder structure in Laserfiche be as follows.

 

- MRN#

     - In patient

         - Main section

         - Lab

     - Out patient

         - Dental

 

How can we do that in Quick Fields?
