Can I make a table disappear on a form if none of the fields were filled out?

I have an Action Request form with three tables, where only one table will ever be filled out an any given time.  Can I make the emailed form attachment show only the one table that was filled out?

I recommend using a radio button with an option for each table asking the user to select the table they need to fill out, and use field rules to hide the tables if they aren't the one selected.
