Where do I find the spot to insert Javascript code in the new LF 11 Form Designer?

There are several things that the Modern Designer does not support. You can view a matrix comparison of the classic designer vs the modern designer here.

Forms 11 Modern Designer doesn't support JavaScript (yet).

You can still use JS in Forms 11 with the Classic Designer though
