Drop down fields, Options for pick lists where employees are the choices

I can hard code employee names into a drop down field.  I can fill the drop down choices from an external table.

QUESTION:  Can I get a drop down to fill based on one of the Team Management teams?

A feature might come in a new build, but right now the forms designer has no built in lookup to LF users, groups, or teams.

We have to do a direct lookup to the forms SQL database to get this information, and that is not best practice, since an upgrade can break the lookup by modifying the database structure. It is a reasonable workaround for now though.
