You'll need to take a look at your document class definition(s). It looks like a page in the document is being identified as the start of a new document. You should be able to tell what happened if you look in the Information pane after scanning this document. Selecting the second doc should scroll the pane to the events recorded for each process run on it, so you can identify which condition caused it.
