Is there an ETA on Cloud offline forms? I don't see it in the roadmap.
We do not have an eta for offline forms in cloud at this time, but are collecting information on the functionality.
For your offline use cases, do you have any forms that need to be submitted offline without lookups?
If you need lookups, which lookup types do you need offline?
Given the nature of external database lookups and application connections, it is unlikely we will be able to do offline forms with lookups to external SQL tables or app connections like Salesforce.
I do understand the issues with the offline lookups but we also have extremely basic use cases which are just basic forms available offline for submission when the mobile device connects back to a network. The only data we'd need would be basic drop down lists.
Hi Jared, we will also be keen for Cloud Forms offline functionality and would be ok with it being only data that is in Laserfiche look-up tables - doesn't need to be external SQL tables.

We have a use case as well where we have an onPrem system using Offline Forms with Data lookups. We would like to move to cloud. We understand the challenges with the SQL tables but we could stage the data nightly into the Cloud Tables to support the data requirements.

We're currently looking at overhauling/replacing the current mobile app with one more targeted at specific use cases, starting with the most common Forms submission and notification scenarios (such as offline forms). As part of this effort, we're also looking to finally get offline Forms for Cloud addressed. We really still need to get through all the feasibility so I can't say for sure that we'll be able to yet - but if so, we're hoping to have the new app around next Empower timeframe for people to take a look at. So, we still have a bit to go here, but it's an active project that we've returned to with the new app.

Not to side-track the Offline Forms conversation; but can I also please confirm that SSO is also being revised in the new app? This is a huge bugbear for many users in the current mobile app (constantly requiring password re-entry / not retaining sessions / handling of MS Authentication is 'clunky').

Yes, we are planning on revisiting authentication. Specifically, the following:
- Admin controls for session duration to allow for a security level that meets organizational needs (e.g., require sign in every time vs. persist as long as possible)
- Investigating improved interactions with Windows Authentication

We had one other functionality request which is related to Offline Forms, which is that Online and Offline forms should be in the same Inbox and Forms launch page - rather than segregated sections like the current app; with some kind of 'flag' system (and/or colour scheme?) to easily show which are online or offline, and which are synced or not.
