Hi Doris,
Is the Laserfiche Workflow service definitely running on localhost? If not, does it fail start to start? Are there any logs in the Windows Event Log viewer?

Hi Ben,
I found the reason why I could not open the workflow designer.
Because we upgrate the server to add memory , so some of Laserfiche services did't restart automatically, as shown in the figure, these two services needed to be restarted manual. I want to know why these services needed to be restarted manual.
Thank you.

There should be more information in the system log. If Windows was busy starting up, some services may have taken longer to start and timed out. You should see information from Service Control Manager in the System Windows Event log if that was the case.
