I recently discovered an anomaly with the results we are seeing in our LF v10.3 Operational Reports. Can someone please explain how these values are calculated or where the underlying data resides?
We have 2 similar Business Processes we use for processing requests for services. One is for new requests and the 2nd is for renewing existing services. Both follow a very similar process with a decision being made at the conclusion of being eligible for services or not (ineligible).
When running the Operational reports the results for these similar processes do not appear to be calculating the same, Example is # Eligible + # Ineligible = # Completed. See the screenshot below for how the report differs for the 2 processes.
