Hello.  Maybe I am missing something obvious, but I have three roles set up for a Forms Team we have.  One of the Roles with valid team members will report 0 team member(s) when tested.

Here is the team/role definition:

Fails at the test

I tried deleting the role and recreating it as a different name and that did not work.  Is something stuck in SQL, or what could be going on here?  Assigning to other roles on that team will work just fine.
