We have a locked volume to which the password has been lost. We have no hope of getting the passsword back. You can still click on the entry and see the template and metadata assigned to the document but not the image. I was wondering if there was a way to export the document names and metadata and import this data into an unlocked volume to a new document. I know we won't have images, but we would at least have the metadata for searching, and I could then remove the locked volume. Is something like this possible? I'm guessing the answer is creating a workflow, but I wondered if there was a simpler way.

Good Afternoon Mark,
I'm not sure how much this helps, but in the Laserfiche Admin Console under the "Activity" tab there's a section called "Entry Locks" in there you should be able to see all the locked files and from there you might be able to unlock the files as a Laserfiche Admin.
Good luck with your files and I hope this helps :)
